How do I request a refund
Knowledge Adventure is so certain that you and your child will find our products to be both educational and fun that it offers a thirty-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your product please return the product for a refund.
Rules for Returns:

Product must be returned, postage paid, to Knowledge Adventure, Inc., ATTN: Customer Support- Returns, 2377 Crenshaw Blvd., Ste. 302, Torrance, California 90501.

All returns must be post-marked within thirty days of purchase. Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, receipt or, if ordered online from Knowledge Adventure, a copy of the order confirmation email with the product price clearly listed. Please make certain you include your name and address clearly printed to enable full processing.

You will be refunded for the actual purchase price. Taxes, Shipping and handling, both outbound on original order and any shipping costs to return the product, are not refundable.

Online store purchase refunds will only be made to the same payment method as originally used. If the card is no longer valid, we will have to issue a refund by check. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or credit.

You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 6 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that depending upon your credit card billing cycle it may take longer to appear on your credit card statement. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify an order that has not yet been shipped, please call customer support at 1-800-545-7677.

When will my refund appear?
If you purchased your product from Knowledge Adventure online your refund credit will appear on your card within 3 - 4 weeks of receipt and processing of your returned product. If you purchased your product from a reseller your check will be sent to you within 4 - 6 weeks of receipt and processing of your returned product.
