What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will my credit card be charged?
We don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way. Once your payment is processed, we will ship your item(s) no later than the next business day. If your items are shipped separately you will be billed each time an item is shipped.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "Knowledge Adventure."

Why am I seeing multiple pending charges in my bank account when I only placed one order with my bank/debit card?
If you clicked the "complete order" button more than once during checkout, your bank will re-authorize the charge. Also, if you got an error message after you hit the "complete order" button and went back to correct the error before resubmitting your order, your bank will re-authorize the charge. Please allow 5 business days for the holds to be removed and verify that you were only charged one time for your order. If you continue to see a pending charge or if you were in fact charged multiple times for one order, please call Customer Service at 1-800-545-7677 so that we can look into the problem immediately.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Ohio. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs for the ship to address.

Can I order without a credit card? .
No, you will need to submit a valid credit card, bank card.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I add another shipping address?
You can add another shipping address during Checkout or in My Account. To add a new shipping address, click the Add a New Shipping Address option during Checkout or click the Manage Your Shipping Address link in My Account.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can email Customer Support or call 1-800-545-7677. Please provide them any error messages you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart if available.
