We do not offer rapid or expedited delivery services outside of the Continental United States. If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by Knowledge Adventure, and we do not have control of these fees. You may be charged customs or duty fees at time of delivery.
Shipping and handling is based upon the total order value (excluding taxes).

I live outside the US. Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside the United States, custom, duty, taxes and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees. They are your responsibility and may be charged you upon delivery of your order.

Can I change my shipping address or method?
Unfortunately, you can not change your shipment method or address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed by our system.

Do I get the same contents with the Sleeve as I would inside the box product?
The content is the same whether you buy the sleeved product or a boxed version, the difference is only found in the packaging.
